DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE MESSAGE ABOUT WIN RATES AND THEM BEING THERE EVERY STEP OF THE WAY....It's bogus. The FACT that you NEVER get to speak to an actual lawyer gets frustrating. They suggest you call anytime you want to check the status of your case. When doing this you will speak to a different, "case manager" just about every time. They read from a CLEARLY scripted document with inconsistent details. The best part is despite numerous calls to actually speak to a lawyer about my case prior to court, I had the pleasure of meeting my, "legal counsel " exactly 20 minutes prior to going before the judge. She had the appearance of a haggard, with unkempt hair, she was dressed in faded blue jeans, a long sleeved sweatshirt and run over tennis shoes that looked as if she was doing yard work as opposed to representing me in my most important court date in life. This is not to mention an exaggerated limp and back/spine/neck issues. Who is representing who??? Needless to say she was unprepared. She didn't report the full extent of my injuries which would affect me later. You see she failed to report that BOTH of my shoulders as well as a knee ALL need replacements. I have inpingement syndrome in both, chronic severe muscle spasms in my neck and shoulders, TMJ, migraines, DVT's in both legs, sleep apnea, spinal stenosis, mild scoliosis and anxiety amongst other ailments and STILL lost my case. Because the judge asked the vocational expert if work existed in the US economy PRIOR to finding out ALL of my ailments, the judge was prejudiced by her initially saying that I COULD work, then changing her testimony to reflect what 2 of my doctors reported...That I couldn't work...
