On June 21, 2004, I was contacted by phone at home by a man named Mike Nuncio of Premier Savings he stated "I guarantee you will get a credit card if you give us $279.00" .

Just like in the other cases a second man (Carlos) called to comfirm I wanted the cards, I stated "no" he became irate and the call ended with him stating that they were taking the money out of my account.

I was lucky enough to find the "Rip-Off" report.com on the internet. With the information from it and the help of a friend we were able to stop any money from being removed from my account.

My advice is if anyone calls and wants information about you, your Bank Accounts or Social Security number. Stop the ball while its in your court. Hang up the phone, always keep in mind the more honest a company is the less likely it is that they would be calling you in the first place.

However, if you do make the mistake I did, Contact your bank as soon as possible and have your credit / Bank card report hot so that in the future they can't take money out in the future.

Nothing about premier savings is going to help you out!!  they arwe in it for themselves!!  pnc is the only one that will benifit from this scam!!  im an ex employee and i tell everyone i know just hang up when they call you!!  you will thank me for it later!!

Look Pnc Is A Scam, and Marjorie.  I'm not going to get into name calling or anything else that's not not why I'm here.  I'm also not going to hide behind alias or anything else.  I have no idea how things were done back in 2004 all I can comment on is now, and now we do not "say anything to get them to agree then get them on the phone with a verifier."  I can speak from personal experience on this because just last week I was ad-libbing the script slightly.  One of the supervisors pulled me off of the phones and into one of the conference rooms.  There he told me that what I saying was not an accurate representation of the offer and if I continued I would let go that day.


As far as verifying funds in the cc account, that is no big secret and in fact if a bank isn't on our list then we ask the customer for the customer service number off of the back of the credit card.  Also if the customer doesn't have enough available credit to cover the whole fee on the credit card that they give to us we tell the customer how much available credit is on the card and ask whether they would like us to break it up over 2 or more cards. 


All of this is stated in the most straight forward manner possible.

I agree that EVERYTHING about premier savings is FRAUDULENT!! Please don't be fooled by their smooth ways of conning you into giving up your cc number!! I was employed by Byron not too long ago. Please don't be a victim of Premier Savings!!

Ok so, I keep reading reports on the company, and I had worked for them for some time. Byron is a great guy and night manager to prove I know whats up. So, you know when you give all you credit information and the rep says "lemme put you on hold for just a min to verify your account"? heres whats really happening. We are calling your credit card IVR system and pretty much pretending we are you. We put in all of the information that you provide us to get an Account balance, Available Credit left message. This is why Zip Code, last 4 of your Social, and the rest of the information is asked. The only way that statement we make is anywhere near true is that we are making sure you have the money for us to take. If I am lying please, prove me wrong. Is the phone used to Verify funds still next to Byrons desk, at the end of the hallway you have to take to go to the smoking section? Yea...


I posted before telling of the horror story I got, a man I had sold this program to called in, he was refused to be put thru to me untill he called back and said he was a POTENTIAL buyer. Then they put a note on my file (that has your scripts/notes, its kept in a milk crate across from the managers desk) saying to call him. I did so. As I listened to his story about how he did everything that was asked in a VERY timely mannor, and still was denied, then told too bad when he asked for the refund we guarentee, I turned and asked the day manager (who was still there due to shifts were changing) what to tell him, and what to do, he told me hang up on him, if hes not buying he can deal with Customer service. I refused to hang up on a customer, and worked my way off the phones with him explaining that there was nothing I could do that Customer Service was the right department, the whole time he (day manager) sat over me rushing me to get off the phone with this man. Then after I was talked to about not following directions due to not hanging up on him, and talking to him about how the company had done him wrong.

Also the person who calls you back is a verifier, not a supervisor. They are there to get the conversation recorded, because with what we are told to say/do they cant have ours recorded. So that is the safety net. We can say what ever we need to say to get the sale, Verification is good at putting it in a nutshell with out exposing our lie, and getting it on a recording to make it a legally bound contract.

With regards to "LEE'S" Rebuttle, Saying Marjorie is a fake let me ask Lee a few questions.

If you work for the company that "claims" that they can get you a credit card for a "FEE" of $279.00, and work for the company that is located in Arizona, and you work for the company that has an employee by the name of "Mr.Nuncio" Then I AM NOT MISTSAKEN.

YOU ARE A FAKE, YOUR COMPANY IS A FRAUD AND YOU ARE WILLING TO RIP PEOPLE OFF FOR $279.00 because they belive your redoric, that you can repair their credit.

You and the company you work for are just like any other RIP OFF ARTIST. ALL YOU PHONE JOCKEY'S PREY on people who have had misfortunes in the past.

YOU are paying your bills with money stolen from innocent comsumers. So don't talk to me about being fake. I am not stealing from the poor or the elderly, YOU ARE.

If I am wrong about what company you work for and what state they are located in and how much they charge then I am in error and someone is using YOUR COMPANIES NAME, LOCATION AND EMPLOYEES.

I've been with Premier for years. The thing that you say about someone calling you back and saying that they are confirming your account is a straight up lie. As far as using foul language with our clients is another lie. We are monitered closely.

Foul language isn't even used in the building. If you listen to the representative when we are talking to you (turn off the t.v., radio, put the dogs outside, shut the kids up, etc.) and I mean really listen you will get a firm understanding of what we do. If you want a really reliable consumer awarness site look-up the Fedaral Trade Commissions site (ftc.gov).

Bottomline is we work through 7 banks, highest rate is 9.9% and they go down from there. We help high rate cc holders find a bank that will issue them a card that they can transfer thier cc debt on to.

The day after I changed my account info around so that no one could rip me off, I recived another phone call, this male person that did not state his name said "Hi, I'm calling to confirm your account with us here at Premier Savings" I then stated that I had closed my account and he said "why" I said " because I wanted to" He said " Well that was a real shity thing to do" and then hung up the phone on me.
