pressler and pressler and new century financial took money out of my bank acct without authorization Parsippany-Troy Hills, New Jersey

I went to the bank to take out 40.00 dollars. I had 233.00 in the bank the night before. when i went to the bank it said i did not have that amount. I went in to talk to the banker and was told I have a lein on my accoutn that i was being sued. I am disabled and on ssi. from what i understand they are not allowed to take money from you if youare disabled and that they are doing this in a very shiesty way. these cresit cards they are trying to collect on are so very old and some have been written off. i am not sure what ones but a lot of hem are written off. I did not receive any warning at all that this was going to happen. i would love to have great credit again, but i fell ill and now i am disabled and on ssi. what cam i do
