Do not work for this company!! This company was taken over by a "silent partner" last year and since then, has been horribly mismanaged. The new owner is a lawyer and knows nothing about the satellite business. He has allowed a person that ran the worst office in the company to manage the entire business. I worked there for many, many years and helped the company be where it is today. The way this new owner showed his gratitude was to take away my job duties, fire employees under my supervision without telling me, and lie to me every chance he had.

This company will kill you with stress, then show you the door. They have fired every person with tenure (and knowledgeable about the industry) to avoid paying salaries obtained through many years of hard work and dedication. Between July 2009 to December 2009 they fired over a dozen employees (mostly managers) with years of experience and dedication to this company. They hired replacements at half the wages paid to previous employees in those positions, hoping to retain the same quality of customer service. This being the worst mistake they could have committed.

This was a great place to work years ago. It had a family atmosphere and everyone was pulling together for the success of the business. Now, it's a horrible, scary, and toxic place to be. The owner cares nothing of the employees. The only concern is the bottom line. This also relates to how they care for customers. They do not care. How can they when they do not know what they are doing????

I feel sorry for anyone working at this company. If you want to be treated badly, paid poorly, like being lied to, and want to be miserable, this is the place to work. And, if you are a satellite TV customer, and have to deal with this company, I feel sorry for you. (Call (((competitors' names redacted))), they will take care of you!!!)

I'm not trying to be vindictive about being laid off. I want the world to know what a poorly managed, toxic, hostile workplace this company has become. They will not be around much longer if the management does not change. You have been warned.
