Prime Time Shuttle Not really pro-customer. Los Angeles California

In Aug, I returned to USA from overseas.  I took Primetime Shuttle home.  The driver was great, very friendly and helpful.  

When I arrived home, I tried to pay my bill by credit card, but the system would not take my card and the dispatch refused to answer the phone, although the driver probably called over 10 times.  I called VISA and they confirmed my card was good and reiterated that the Primetime system was not working.  I called next day and made sure Primetime was paid.  

However, my jacket was left on board.  When I called the company numerous times to get it back, I was constantly put on hold.  Finally, I understood that a driver headed to the area would put the jacket on the balcony.  The story was changed and I felt the person who answered the phone for Primetime was not very courteous.  She kept putting me on hold.  Finally she said that I would have to drive all the way to Los Angeles to get my jacket.  I was quite disappointed at what I feel was the lack of concern for customer service.  So easily a driver heading to Anaheim Resort could bring by jacket and throw it on my balcony.
