PrimeOne Financial ripoff consumer rip-off fraud Toronto New York

A Neel Rixon operator #985 called from a 416-542-1611 number on 5/20/03 @ 6:05p.m. and addressed me by my name and told me that I have been approved for a Mastercard through Bank of America.

He went on to tell me about the benefits and then requested my bank information. I indicated to him at that time that I don't give my account information out over the phone and to no surprise he was very persistent and demanding after advising him that I don't give my information out over the phone, I then hung up the phone.

These are scammers that somehow as access to some of consumers information. Basically enough to get started but not enough to finish whatever their goals are.

Someone needs to stop them soon.
