Privacy Matters ripoff Nationwide
Raed the fine print. I am such an idiot. I got ripped off, and it was my fault. Don't be a dummy like me.
They get you to get a $1 crdit report which was quite good, but then in the policy agreement (wich none of us read) you have agreed to sign up for credit alerts for $14.95 per month. I import all of my banking info from the web and don't check the charges often enough, so they had run four charges past me before I caught it.
I am so stupid. I called them and they cancelled the service and gave me only one month back. So, lesson here? Read the policy and agreement before you sign up for something that is too good to be true! I'm an idiot!
