Pro Seal ripoff Hicksville New York

I first called Pro Seal after seeing the commercial for the Pro Seal advertisement on April 6,06. As I made my order to an automated voice, I realized that after they got my credit card number, it just kept asking me if I want this item and that item and this item, over and over again!

This went on for about 7 minutes. I did'nt know if I could hang up yet because it did'nt say I was confirmed even though I gave my credit card number. After about 7 minutes of trying to sell me many things, the voice said, my transaction is now complete!

I was rather turned off about their method of sale!

On May 24,06, I called and spoke to Stephanie about the products location and to make sure I was'nt being sold anything else. She was not sure about the order, so I cancelled the order on the spot with Stephanie. She said I will see my refund in 10 to 14 days.

I called on June 14,06 and spoke to Carol D. She said it was refunded already on May 26,06! No it wasn't!!!

I called again on June 28,06 and spoke with Joe, ID. no. 046. Joe said for me to wait and expect it on July 10, 06 because the refund did'nt go out yet. He said he would look into it. Another no show on the refund!

I called again on July 13,06 and spoke with Bonnie, ID. no. 012. She said my refund was already sent to me in May 06. I told her that all of you give different stories, and I feel I'm being told a lie after lie over a simple $27.90! She said she will also look into it, and told me to call back in 7 days. No show on the refund!

I called again on July 20,06 and spoke with Bonnie again. She said to wait until the end of July 2006 because their computer broke down and they are working on every ones order by hand. She said it would take 7 to 10 days for the refund to appear in my account. No show on the refund!

On August 8,06 I contacted the Better Business Bureau for their area of Hicksville, New York and lodged a complaint about this fraudulent careless company. I am presently waiting for their outcome response.

It is Sept.06,06 as I write to Rip-Off Report about this whole matter! Still no word from either! The credit card company stated it was too late to back me on this issue of getting my money back. I would have to fight it myself. They said I should have made the complaint within 60 days. I wish I had known!

Never buy anything from Pro-Seal! I stand by this comment! These game players and thieves need to be seen on national television! The whole court case from beginning to end, as well as having to foot the bill themselves as they bring the stolen money to each person door to door!!! I am definitely willing to speak to the media about Pro Seal!
