Pro-Star Pool Supplies Dennis Miller is INCOMPETENT and RUDE, Installed an old pool pump and cracked two new Travertine tiles costing me money! Boca Raton Florida

I wish I had see the other negative reports regarding Dennis Miller.  I too am a victim of shody work by this man.  I paid him $975.00 to install a NEW pool pump and he installed one that was three years old!  When looked up the model and serial numbers I found this out and brought this to Dennis attention.  He rudely tells me they are all the same.  I told him I ran the numbers and proved to him it was an older pump and he "Finally" agreed to install the new one but only after hassling with me for 15 minutes.  He then blames the mishap on one of his crew members.

To make matters worse, I discover that he cracked two new Travertine tiles I just had installed 1 week ago.  I brought this to his attention as well and he denied breaking anything of course.  I know these were in perfect shape and that Dennis Miller is responsible for breaking them.  I have even taken pictures of the tiles "Before" he worked around them anticipating there could be a problem is not careful.  I even made this clear to Dennis to NOT break my tiles, they are new etc..  He still denies breaking them.  I may be taking him to small claims court if he does not pay for the tiles.  So bottom line he tried to rip me off by attempting to install an old pool pump,  and broke my Travertine tiles.  He is now avoiding me and not returning my calls. 

I do not recommend this man to do any pool work based on my experience and what I have seen here on Rip Off Report.  This man is simply incompetant and is very rude and constantly uses profanity as you talk to him.  He should not be in business in my opinion.
