Proactiv Solutions kept sending me a bill for the third package that never arrived. When I called them and asked them to delete my account and clear my balance because I never received neither wanted to receive the package that they said was delivered, I had to fight through the supervisor pyramid. I talked to 2 supervisors and finally got my account deleted from their website, but they sent my "case" to North Shore Agency now I'm receiving a monthly letter from them asking me to pay the amount of $99.84.

When I asked Proactiv Solutions to give me a delivery confirmation their supervisor told me that I have to wait 7 business days and didn't want to send it to me by email, claiming that she needs to go through a lot of information to find it. Next day I received a call from her saying that "You never received your package, but it didn't come back to us either" which means they don't have shipping information. Since then I never received any letters with delivery confirmation from Proactiv Solutions, but I still receive ones from North Shore Agency.

Pro Active sucks

 I sent back their worthless products that expired and told them I would not pay for items that expire. They keep sending me bills - I used their products and not once did I see any clearing of my skin.  I would rather pay a real Dermatologist than throw my money down the drain with this company
