I was working at proctoru. As of today i was terminated for having an outstanding amount of unexcused absences. When i did bring doctors notes to excuse them. They said that i only brought one doctors note in for the HR Rep. I believe someone "Misplaced" my Doctors notes. To be honest i believe they were trying to fire me because i am a homosexual. I think this because just about 2 weeks ago another openly gay employee was fired. I have contacted my supervisor for a meeting regarding this.

On the basis that they fired an openly gay person two weeks before you are figuing you are being discriminated against? 

Well based on that logic what you are really saying is that a company is not allowed to fire any LGBT people...yea great job security wouldn't you say.

So answer this, how many other "openly gay" people have they fired or let go?  How many non "openly gay" people have they fired?  What was the reason they let the other person go?  Is an disproportionate number of gay people getting fired? 

I mean you did check out ALL of the facts before you go accusing a company of discrimination on a Public web site..didn't you?

But then let us also wonder about your case.  "Unexcused" absenses or not, if you are gone excessivly from the job, a company has the right to fire you.  As California is an "At Will" state meaning that just like you can leave at any time and for any reason, they can fire you at any time and for any reason(or even no reason).  As long as it is not based on discrimination which you have failed to show any evidence of.
