As a WGU student we have to use this worthless company to take our tests. They need to find a US based company that doesn't have tons of technical issues and then try to blame you. I have broadband internet and that should be enough to use their serivice like i had in the past. Now they are trying to say I need to spend double to get faster internet. This is bogus and this company needs to be shutdown.
