Professional Retail Services, Inc  You agree to their very long payment terms and then you wait even longer to get paid; or not ! Medford, New York

I wish we had checked this company out first. We performed service and material back in Oct and we are now past the 45 days payment agreed time. 

When calling this company they have no idea when we can expect payment and offer alot of different excuses.

We were very prompt in giving PRS all the necessary insurance, billing information that they required on file.

We were very prompt for the service call.

I tried looking for them at BBB, but to no avail.

I have written an email to the company PRS sent us to. I don't know if it will help, but it felt good. 

If all else fails, we will return to the company we serviced and see if payment can be made that way.

It is so sad, PRS has such large notible firms to manage, and they are tarnishing their

names.

Hopefully, I will have good news to report soon!

How To Get Payment From Professional Retail Services

I would like to give an update as to how we received our payment, finally!

1st.  Yes, PRS has terrific employees. Our non-payment was never about the employees not doing their jobs.  They were very gracious and always spoke live to us on the phone.

2nd.  We received payment by emailing the company, we provided the work at!  If your payment is very late and you have exhausted all means of receiving a date of when payment is to be sent I would contact the place you did the service for, that PRS sent you too. 

Email a letter explaining the service you provided for them on behalf of PRS.  How long you have waited for payment.  The monies and time you have put out.  Explain PRS payment terms are Net 45 days. That is unheard of for any service company, but like the rest of us we all did agree to that!  But it is UNFAIR to make us wait any longer. 

Fax a letter to any fax number you can get. 

Send a letter via email, fax or mail, to any person and all persons!

There are alot of other maintenance service companies out there that are very professional and pay timely.
