Proflowers deceived me into paying easysaverrewards.com San Diego california

I ordered flowers off of these people for my wife for mothers day fortunately I paid through PAYPAL and the payment does not go through like an instant credit card payment and so I cancelled it as I ended up paying $54 for the supposed 19.99 offer!!!!!! when I checked the my PAYPAL account there was also a payment to 'easysaverrewards' who I had never heard of BUT THIS IS THE INTERESTING THING BOTH 'PROFLOWERS' AND EASYSAVERREWARDS' HAS THE SAME TRANSACTION ID, THEIR SITE IS SO DESIGNED AS TO MAKE YOU REGISTER WITH EASYSAVERREWARDS someone needs to do something abou these swine as its FRAUD surely there are laws which protect us from these scams, as they know they are doing it.
I will tell everyone i know not to use proflowers and I hope they gp out of business as this is all they deserve the cheating b******s
