Progressive Insurance Company Standard Premium Insurance I applied for insurance through progressive, they in turn sought finance company to cover (w/o my knowledge) Progressive was unable to procvide thecoverage needed so we sought other insurance, and cancelled their insurance within a few days. Waiting for our refund for over 2 weeks, called underwriters, called standard premium, they not only kept my 300 plus dollars but claim I woe them another $78.00. When I suggested they were in error, the customer relations person stated well I will just send you to collections and ruin your credit, very ugly condesending male? They could not provide the service. i.e. glass coverage, nor delivery one other required coverage, they owe us back the money. GA
