I did get a loan modification. However, these people promise that you will have lawyers working to get you a mortgage modification. You will NOT speak with an attorney. I did most of the work & phone calls, myself. They did very little. I had a supervisor talk to me as if I were some kind of low life screw off instead of someoone in financial stress in need of help. I did not feel like I was THEIR client. Just a source of money. AVOID THEM!!
