Projector Lamp Express Never sent the product, claimed it was coming from China so I had to wait 6-8 weeks Georgia

I searched on the internet to find the lowest price on projector bulbs. I guess you get what you pay for if you're lucky, and sometimes you get nothing. I ordered the bulb and expected to see it in 5-7 business days as the only means of shipping allowed on the site was UPS ground. After two weeks I called and emailed and called, and, well you guessed itno return call or email. Sometime in July, after the 4th I called early in the morning and actually got a gal on the line. She told me she had only been working there for a couple of months and she was sorry for the bad phone system. Bad!?! It plays this hypnotic sickophant nursery rhyme thing that drives you batty after 20 seconds. She said both the sales line #1 and the customer services line, #2, go to the same people. I had pressed #1. I complained that I hadn't gotten the bulb, nor had I gotten a tracking number. She said it was coming from China and normally takes 4-6 weeks. Funny, there was nothing on their website about that. Funny my a*s. Then she put me on hold and said she go check to see where that shippment was. I was dumb enough to sit there on hold some more, buring more cell phone minutes. She comes back on line and says it's almost here and that they'd ship it next day just for me. I can't believe how gullable I was. Gee, just for me, eh? Dumb, dumb, dumb! There's no address for this company, no directory, no nothing. I agree with the other compaintsgot to be a scam. Too cheap, too inaccessable to be real. Oh, and they charged my card right away too! Either they are the most screwed up company that ever existed, or they don't actually exist. Frankly I don't care either way. I disputed the charge on my card and will start looking for a real company.
