I am so sorry I ever got involved with this company.
They do not keep their word, they hire people who are straight out of jail and give them access to all your personal and company information. So NOT ETHICAL! They do not keep up with the laws and give the best rates. It's sad!
Stay away from them unless you feel like gambling with your identity.
Oh and did I mention, they ripped me off, for over a thousand dollars?

In my many years with Prolific I never worked with anyone who abused their privelages as an employee. All customer personal and business information is kept confidential and all staff upon hire signs privacy agreements. If you did not read your contract or any of the accompanying documentation, this is no ones fault but your own. It is completely unethical of you to file such a derogatory complaint without merit. Prolific is absolutely compliant with all laws, rules and regulations set by the card associations.
