i have been called 3 times and was told that he was from publishers clearing house and that i was the lucky winner of 2.5 million and would i be home at 4:oopm on friday to receive my prize was ask if i had a valid drivers licience and that i must submit 1500.00 for the taxes owed on this prize i asked why cant they take the tax out before giving me the prize he said that they cant because the check would have to clear which would take to long that i would have to pay up front i stated that i want to check if this was true he said go ahead and call him back at 1-876-8614490 so i said i would is this a hokes by the way the other numbers were 1-876-457-6083 and 1-876-593-3595 thank you for any onformation you may have

First off, it is hoax NOT hokes. Second. IF it WAS legit, they automatically withhold 20% of the prise money for taxes. DO the math. Third. MOst legit lorroty and contests, will automatically wire the money into your account. The big check is for show. You did do one thing right, you did not send them the money. Do not call any numbers that they give you, of course they will be scam numbers. IF you really want to knwo for sure, call PCH direct, go to their web sight. I think big winners are listed there too.
