 Hi! I was really dissapointed with this dealer.. My story is that this dealer has maid a contract with my sister and she needed me to be her cosigner. This dealer told my sister that she was gonna be the owner of the car and just needed my signature to be a cosigner because I had a credit score of 740. This lady by the name which is unknown ran my credit and said it was perfect, but let me tell you, this happen on Dec, 2015. I was in my 2nd trimester of being pregnant and had about 2 half years with out working, so no income at all. She literally said I didn't need to go in she was gonna drive to my house just for me to sign the contract. She said by me cosigning my name was gonna appear on the contract but after 6 months my name was automatically gonna come off the contract since my sister was making all the payments. She came to my house told me how it works and what I explain to you is exactly what she told me and my sister. I sign and the thing is that she said because of my credit score my sister didn't have to give a down payment and she had 3 months to pay the first Bill which was $569.98.

That was gonna be the monthly amount. I never done somthing like this so I didn't really think nothing of it just that I was trying to help my sister out. She went and filled the car with gas and gave me $500 for cosigning. That was the deal that the dealer was having at that time.she gave my sister a ride and told her that once the paper work was filed we would receive the contract by mail. I never received the contract neither did my sister. Everything ended up on my name. I received DMV papers and license plates on my name so I called my sister and ask her what is going on. She called that girl and she said that she was gonna sort the whole thing out it was a simple mistake. When my sister did the paper work my gave her a void check or blank check good thing my sister did not have any money at that time because a couple of months later the bank called her and said some one tried to cash out $1000 from nissan dealership. The girl who ended up quiting among with her supervisor.

Little do we know they have been doing this to plenty of people. Cash out checks while the supervisor signed. Well I kept getting phone calls from the agency that approved us for a loan and kept saying we where behind payments. Every day I kept getting phone calls from this agency talking down on me and disrespecting me and I was pregnant so it made me stress and I was I high risk on my pregnancy and dealing with this situation I didn't know what to do but to ignore all the calls. They kept calling and one time this guy had told me that how stupid was I because I never receive a contract that what kind of a dealership would let me drive off with a 2015 nissan altima. Basically saying that they could report the car as stolen. Later on I get a call from a suposably lawyer saying that they have been trying to locate the car and that I was trying to hide the car because it has a repoland they been looking for it for 5-6months. The car was always on my sister's house on her drive way. The car later was repo on june I think. And now they Bill me that I owe $22,000 on this car that I never had my credit score dropped my credit cards are being cancel and everything is just bad.never have I had a contract and I have gone to this dealer to have them give me a copy of my contract. They had me wait almost one hour just to tell me that I had to come back because they didn't have it at that time.I'm scared that I'm gonna be in debt cause of this car. Can any one help me out? What is it that I need to do?
