Below is what I've sent to this company's customer support department. It will give you an idea of what I'm having to deal with after purchasing from this company. Mind you, not only was I sold an emotionally broken dog that also ended up having ear mite, stomach, and teeth issues, the process from the  time I sent request for puppy information to the day i received his registration papers (it took almost 3 months for papers). I had to email the CEO's linkedin to get information about the dogs pedigree (parents) -- I really should've pulled out. Deceptive business practices, false advertising, false guarantees -- nothing in my experience with this company is indicative of it being reputable in any sense of the word.

Chalupa is doing better everyday — with all of the effort I put into habilitation, it’s the only way that he can go. Still, with all of the hours he will bark and tremble whenever he finds an unfamiliar object in his environment or whenever he is outside or whenever new people are around. I’ve spoken to family members who foster (one of whom is studying to be a vet) and others at puppy school, spca and none of them believe this dog has ever been socialized. I as unsure about their assessment but it clicked when I had to watch him learn not to be afraid to push open my bedroom door to get inside. He was afraid of a door like he is afraid of men, women, cars, lampposts, fire hydrants, and everything that he should have been exposed to. His baby teeth had been ground almost to the root and he prefers to chew on metal. A google search on the name who signed him over reveals that they are licensed by the USDA in an area well known to be littered with Amish millers that breed dogs like livestock.

Chalupa is a rescue from a puppy mill  and not bred for the hobby like I was led to believe. Chalupa who was older than some of the dogs when I chose him had time to imprint in those conditions — this would explain why some of PS customers experience fewer issues (likely because puppies were sold too early if I had to guess). It makes me angry that I fell for the trap even if Chalupa is shaping up to be a blessing. I wonder what would’ve happened to dogs who are returned or to dogs who end up in less determined homes. I want to believe that my experience is an exception to a generally positive footprint your company leaves in the industry but you are the only not-negative part of this whole experience and you contacted me after I reached out to the ceo  — you very well could have been sent as damage control. In every step of the way with PS, corners were cut, details were shrouded in smoke, and promises were broken.

I wholly believe this company is being operated by an insidious group of jerks and have put in place a number of deceptive tactics to sway customers into choosing their company and then distract them long enough so that they are compelled to keep the dogs they purchased. I didn't have the heart to send my dog back to the hell it came from and I bet they bank on their customers feelings for their business to continue to profit. This is already cruel for the people but what I had to go through is just a sliver of hell compared to what my dog must have had to endure for the 3-4 months before I inadvertently rescued him. What you guys are doing is incredibly immoral and impedes the well-being of thousands of smart, emotionally able creatures that do not deserve the treatment that is forced onto them. Puppyspot, you haven't heard the last of me.

To anyone who is willing to take legal action against these guys please do not hesitate to contact me.
