Pure Energy Products RIPOFF HEALTH FOOD CO. FRAUDULENT BILLING LYING CUSTOMER RELATION REPS- THE WORKS - AVOID!! Oklahoma City Oklahoma

At the risk of going on too long I'll give the whole story as I wrote it for the BBB of OK City. ?On November 8, I ordered a trial offer of Pure Energy weight loss product after being sent a solicitation email. The trial offer was 15 pills for 4.95 which I do not dispute. I was sent two emails confirming that order and that they were sent. These emails did not contain any kind of order or account number and did not mention any future charges. They arrived, I never used them. On November 28th I received an email from usasaveonpills.com (PEP) that my 'product' had been shipped with a tracking nunber. No mention of the product or how they'd been shipped. No order number, nothing. They showed up on December 2 - 120 phenterzine weight loss pills and a bottle of diuretic pills with no receipt or packing list -no way to know how much I'd been charged. I wrote that I had not ordered this and did not authorize my card to be used. I contacted my credit card company and found that I'd been charged $149.50, which put me way over my credit limit for that card. After a rough time financially I am trying to get things back to normal so the last thing I would have done would have been to order a dubious product for that amount. Upon several emails to Pure Energy, I've been told that when I agreed to purchase the trial I was also agreeing to a "second part of AP Program shipment." - whatever that is. They sent an url I could go to and read about this which I have not yet been able to access, it gives me a garbage page or a cannot find on this server error message every time. I've written 3 times asking for a refund and complaing about their business practices, I've sent the product back unopened with a tracking number as per instructions from my credit card company which is in the process of attempting a chargeback or dispute, but all of Pure Energy's replies(from "Bryan" www.myhelpdeskonline.com/usaveonpills) have been basically - we track your IP addresss when you visit our site, when you hit submit you agree to our terms and conditions, it's a binding contract.? They refused the certified envelope of returned product 3 times and the Post Office has returned it to me. I'm sure somewhere in the general vicinty of the sale page it says something about the second shipment although I can't verify that because I can't access the page. But there is no way in my current financial condition I would agree to any 2nd shipment for that much money and charge it on my credit card. I think the right thing is for them to refund my money as this is fraud, dishonest advertising and theft. I've noticed that I'm not the first person to complain about this tactic with them. I realize doing the right thing is not a priority with company's like Pure Energy Products but because this amount of money is so huge to me at this time, I'm hoping the BBB can help me convince them that a refund is in order. This is a buyer and seller transaction and the customer should have the option of asking for a refund, especially since I never ordered this. I never received an order number for either the trial or the recent shipment, no account number, the sales rep I've corresponded with is Bryan.
