Pure Garcinia Cambogia Pure Garcinia Cambogia Extract Did everything they instructed to get a refund then they REFUSED to refund my $199.96 Savannah Georgia

I responded to an advertisement saying that I could get a month of garcinia combogia for $4.95. I placed the order and after two weeks recieved a bottle of the supplement. I took a few of them but wasn't incredibly impressed so I put them under my sink and forgot about it. One month after my initial purchase $99.98 was deducted from my checking account. I called the customer service number and was told that this was my payment for the first bottle of supplements and that the $4.95 had been for shipping. I told them I wanted a refund and for them to cancel whatever profile they had in their system because I had not agreed to more than a one time charge. They said that in order to get a refund I would need to send back the product. I said that I would be glad to then boxed up what was left in the first bottle and sent it to them. I monitored my account and no money came in but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. [continued below]....

..... Then ANOTHER $99.98 disappeared from my checking account. I called them immediately and they said another bottle of supplements was being shipped to me. I said cancel it, don't send the supplements, and refund my money. They said they couldn't stop the shipment and that for my refund I would have to wait for the second shipment to arrive then mail it back. At least on this call I wised up and made them send me a verification that whatever automatic charge they had set up had been cancelled. So i had to go back and forth to my old apartment every day for a week looking for the supplements. Finally they got there. I took the box directly to the post office and told them i wanted to pay to return it to the sender. The postage was put on it and I mailed it back to Pure Garcinia without even opening the package. I'm only a five mile drive from Savannah so I assuemd it wouldn't take long to get there. My refund never came. So I wrote an email to the company with the two post office receipt numbers included in case they could not identify the packages. No one responded. I called them. The person I talked to told me that they had no way to know if my packages had arrived and no way to check if they were not in the system. I asked to talk to a mamnger and was contacted by someone in San Francisco who was in no way more informed than the people at the 1-800 number. I've since emailed them twice and called and every time they tell me that my packages have not arrived or there is not way to tell. The post office tells me that according to their records the packages were delivered. In addtion, I said in the email that even if the packages were not delivered the $199.96 they charged me was completely unjust in the first place. I am a freaking lawyer, this doesn't make me the smartest person in the world, but obviously if there had been any indication that my charge may be charged again which rose to the legal levels required for such a warning I would never have given them my debit card as opposed to a credit card. So now, they just won't take my calls. No one ever picks up. My emails are unanswered, I am out $199.96 AND I don't have the pills Pure Garcinia has determined are worth this amount.

What you did?

I read your report I have question you read everything when you did your order sometimes I know becuase I  did that before not read only do order,is important to read everything so you know What is deal ,If you paid with your credit card ,Why you did not file dispute .

Only problem I  read is charge this company does when you order I learn before I  buy anything checking here is any report that is one steps other one I read everything becuase this companies are got you if you buy 1 bottle auto delivery I  do not buy any more from comercial I  go to ebay I  buy same product with out risk to be charge in future.

You dispute charges with your credit card ,What this happen close that credit card immediate,other step you can do is call companies you did purchase put hold call your credit card so credit card hear dispute charge is unauthorized that way your credit card work with you ,I  hope this comment help others,

If you return please send certificated someone have to sign when recieve packge post office will send you copie of recieve packge be accepting,

I am sorry about your problem I  am not work ,either customer this company I  only write you my personal opinion and try to help you with some tips for future,
