Purity Products I ordered free product and called within 5 minutes to cancel future shipments of vitamins per their radio commercial instructions. They charged my debit account $124.80 for a product I haven't received and didn't order, I canceled immediately. Plainview New York

This is a free product SCAM. I ordered their free product from their radio commercial on KIRO FM 97,3, Seattle, Washington. Their commercial said you had to call customer service to cancel future shipments of product which you'd be charged for. I called customer service within 5 minutes of ordering their free product to cancel future shipment, per instructions.

They've charged my Mastercard Debit card $124.80 for a product I haven't received and cancelled per instructions. I again contacted customer service and was informed I would have to wait until product arrived at my house and return it to them, AT MY EXPENSE. I MIGHT get my money refunded ast that time but I plan on suing them for charging me to return someting I didn't order and cancelled per their instructions.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS or you'll regret getting involved with them. Fortunately my attorney is on retainer and I need to put him to work. FRAUD/SCAM! FRAUD/SCAM!, FRAUD/SCAM!

 If the offer is FREE, then someone doesn't need to pay one penny, otherwise it is NOT free! The ONLY purpose in "just pay shipping" is to capture credit card info to enroll an unsuspecting person into auto shipment and make it extremely difficult for them to cancel. Tha's a FACT and you know it. What a SLEAZY operation!!!

Dear Robert, we are sorry to hear you have had an unsatisfactory experience with Purity Products.

In general, you do not have to enroll in the autoship program in order to receive your free bottle.  All our free bottle trial offers come with an invitation to enroll in the Super Saver Program.  The If you do decide to join the super saver program, the order details are given along with the cancelation policy at that time. it is also given in writing when you receive your free bottle, including the customer care number and hours of operation.  The free bottle orders take 24 to 48 hours to process and your account would not be available for modifications until that time.
