Qchex still issuing counterfeit checks!
We had a counterfeit check returned to us when the theif was no longer at the receipt address; thanks to the US Postal Service we learned we were being targetted. We immediately called qchex and received no help or assurance that they would cease issuing counterfeit checks. An Assistant US Attorney in Rochester, NY, advised us to contact the Secret Service; the Secret Service has federal jurisdiciton over counterfeiting, including counterfeit checks! We did so, and then I checked activity in our account since May 1st, and found similar counterfeit checks for $10,000 and for $3,000 had already cleared our account! Qchex has been uncooperative, but the US Attorney and teh Secret Service are pursuing the perps and will be hitting Qchex with federal subpeonas. Help put this family of rip off businesses out of business. Contact the Secret Service concerning counterfit checks.
