Quality Auto Parts PUNKED me, a single mother, for $400!! From OK to Chicago Illinois

I ordered a used cylinder head for my tiny, little Geo Metro because after spending $1,300 on replacing the head gaskets, I came to find out three weeks later that the head was actually cracked all along.  I specifically asked, "And this part will be pressure-checked and ready to drop in when it arrives at the shop?"  To which the non-American gentleman replied, "Yes."

Needless to say, the part that arrived to my mechanic was very littlerally pulled out of a car, dropped in a PASTACHIOS box with some newsprint and paper towels and shipped off.  The part they sent me was NOT a working part!  

Since attemping to return it, I have been almost harrassed through emails and phone calls.  They are rude, dishonest, and can barely speak English!!  NEVER AGAIN!!
