Basically they come to your house and sell you their pitch, where you trust their food delivery company to bring you food every 5-7 weeks, so instead of wasting money at the local supermarket every 2-3 days, you have what you want when you want it. It seems extremely convenient, BUT this company is pretty much all talk and they never fulfill any of the promises they make. And on top of that, they bind you to a $4,000+ freezer that costs $200 at Costco, so the food can be supposedly "cheaper". Now, after the contract is signed, they say they deliver all your new food the next day. Lies, they took about 3-4 days to bring the food, and it was not brought on a week day, but a weekend. Also, they give you this list to pick the items you want brought to you, but they never bring the things YOU checked off, but the things they decide to BRING you. Overall, the food they bring is pretty cheap, and is easily seen as supermarket bought. Some of the food was spoiled, like the chicken wings, which smelled horrible. Another thing, they promise to bring you all natural food, there was nothing natural about that food. But here is where the real problem comes in, getting your second delivery of food. After those 5-7 weeks, they are supposed to contact you to see which day will be alright for delivering the food. Another Lie. No one contacted me at all, I HAD to contact them. From this I spoke to Tony, who apologized about the whole situation, and gave me the excuse that his workers had "suddenly" quit on him, and that he had no one to do deliveries. He said he would call me back. He did not call back, I had to call him once again. Now the company is sueing me because I haven't been paying. But how can I pay monthly if I don't receive my food monthly?! Overall, terrible experience, the company is a complete scam.
