I ordered A part from this company on 5/15/09. 1st The part was sent to the wrong address & when i finally received the part it was the wrong one! I had to PAY to send the part back to them & I requested them to send the correct part next day air.
I have been working with a Manager (marissa@qualityautoparts.com) She gave me a tracking number on 5/19 & said that the part would be expedited
Today is 6/5 & At this point I would have been better off buying the part from the dealer. I have been trying to get an update from this company for over 1 week now & I cant even get a courtesy call.
This has been a major problem for me. I am paying for a rental car, my mechanic is upset because my car is taking up space in his shop that he could be using to fix other cars & I need to spend more money to send the
part back to them.
