I have the same complaint as many others..I ordered the free trial for 4.95 to pay for shipping. I received a small sample, but then was charged twice..now taken for 182.37. Upon calling was told I should have cancelled. When I threatened to turn them in Juan..the call center rep tells me he will end my membership but thats it..upon further discussion and threat of calling the FTC..he offers 35 percent return of only the last debit of 94 dollars..then 50 %..then 75%..Told him I was not a member and wanted 100% return..Finally told him I better see a return..However vs a credit, I saw where another debit was taken out the same day. This is unethical and deceitful business practice. I have made a report to the FTC.
