Quick Trip Movers DO NOT USE QUICK TRIP MOVERS...THEY ARE LIARS, CHEATS, and JUST FLAT OUT A TERRIBLE COMPANY Atlanta Georgia

Keep this in mind, there were two other trucks in the New Orleans area that were coming to Virginia Beach for Wednesday, the same time that I was guaranteed that my furniture would be here, so that is three trucks including mine that were supposed to be coming up here this week... So where do I start...

I had scheduled a time for them to pick up my furniture between 2-4pm on a Saturday...needless to say, they didn't show up, so they called to push the time back to 7-9pm that Saturday night...once again, they didn't show up because they were still in Birmingham, AL...so once again I reschedule the time for Sunday morning at 8am, when Al (one of the owners) guaranteed me that they would be there...I should have known that they were going to show up late again...

Well they didn't show up untill about 9:15am and then start packing up the truck...Later that day I get a call from the movers saying that there is going to be all of these extra charges on my bill for numerous things that I was not made aware of in the beginning, so I call Al and we straighted that out and come to an arrangement, so that was settled...

Well when I first talked to Al , the owner, about them showing up on Sunday, he guanteed me that my furniture would definitely be here in Virginia by this Wednesday or Thursday...Yesterday, Thursday, I call Al and he said he would call me back, but I got no call when he knew where exactly my furniture was and just didn't want to tell me...it is now Friday and I just got off the phone with Al and he told me that my furniture is still in Atlanta at there building and is not scheduled to go out until Saturday of Sunday and will not be here till around Monday...I understand that on their quote it says that they do not guarantee a definite delivery date, but Al (the owner) did that such thing...he guaranteed me that my furniture would be here two days ago and now it has not even left the office and will not be here for another three days...

So the last time I spoke to Al, I basically chewed him out, rightfully so, and told him that he was a f***ing liar and that he runs a terrible business, so he tried to justify all of these events by saying that he has too many customers, so if you have too many customers, isn't the policy to call an inform the customers of any changes, or atleast I think that is, but I got NO phone call...

SO basically DO NOT USE QUICK TRIP MOVERS, INC...they run a terrible business and screw you over any chance they get!!!
