Qvc kept an unauthrized card on file that my wife used (not on my account) to make one uf my payments. The company continued to use the card without our approval or agrrement, when notified. They refused to refund the unauthorized payments to the card unless we agreed to another payment on a different card! I contacted QVC with American Express on the line, only then did they agree to a proper legal refund, the company they has a rep (1-877-337-8187 Snadra) call me stating that once again, they would hold my refund for ransome unless I agreed to a new payment totally going back on the original recorded conversation. This company to needs refund my unauthored payment.

The whole story...

I bet there is a lot to this story that you are failing to tell.  After all this is your WIFE, if you are making payments on the account what does it really matter if it is your card or her's?

Then one has to ask, exactly why won't you provide another form of payment?

When you entered into the credit agreement you agreed to make payments at set intervals.  They obviously took those payments as part of this agreement.  If they refund those payments without another form of payment to take it's place..you are the one in fact who has FAILED to meet the terms of the contract.  So they are 100% within their rights, and you appear to be the true scammer and RipOff artist here.

They should be under ZERO obligation to refund the "incorrect" payment until you provide a valid payment.
