If you are dealing with a company called Rapid Advance in Maryland do yourself a huge favor and stop right now. This company is the worst of the worst and the people who work for them are taught to lie to prospective businesses in need of working capital. I cam across the company as a result of joining an angel investor site online. Since I wasn't having much luck at that time with an investor I decided to see what Rapid Advance had to say. After listening to Brendan McBride on the phone I thought maybe I could still make this work despite the 40% interest and $669 per DAY payment. 

I proceeded to send Mr. McBride all of the needed documents to qualify for $50,000. He replied with an email and call to let me know that I actually could be approved for $75,000. This sounded good so I agreed to move forward. He sent me several documents that had already been filled out and needed my signature. I signed these and returned them to him. This is the point where Brendan McBride suddenly started to disappear from the scene. Up to that point he was returning emails and calls within seconds but after they got my information it all stopped. Suddenly my $75K approval seemed to have vanished.

I left several voice mails for Brendan McBride and then sent a very not so nice email. He called late one day to tell me the information was still in underwriting. After 3 more days I sent him an email and he called a few minutes later to inform me that I must have missed his last email. I didn't miss any emails because he didn't sent it. His call was to tell me that my approval had since been rejected and no money would be coming. They'll give every excuse in the book because they just make them up as they go.

Stay clear of Rapid Advance and Brendan McBride. They are liars and nothing more. Don't pin your hopes on this bunch of scum bags because they are not worth it.
