We hired this company to do a LTL shipment for us from Kansas City, MO to Oakwood, ON. The load was booked with John. After loading he informed us that it was going to cost us more than what we had origanally agreed upon. Seems to be there mode of operation as I find out now. Needless to say we said that that was fine and agreed to the additional charge. Upon completion of the delivery they requested that we mail payment via FEDEX OVERNITE to their account #. Now we receive a bill from FEDEX for the cost of the parcel delivery because they refused to pay for it. Several attempts to contact and no answer. Run from this company. $45.00 is a cheap lesson learned I guess. It is just the principle I guess.
