I ordered several TV series dvd sets on April 16, 2007. My full order came to $873.91 which I put on my credit card.

I received the thank you email and your order will arrive in 7 to 14 days.

Well, I did receive two of the TV series but are still waiting for the majority of my order to arrive.

I have sent many, many emails to them and they answered the first couple and informed me that the rest of my order had just shipped via Canadian Post on June 12, 2007.

The shipment never came and now they will not answer my emails any more.

I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and a complaint with the Federal Trade Commision.

Next up the BBB.

I am still steaming.
