Real Talk Network ICEE Financial they took my money and did not coach or answer the phone, total scam Wwestminster, Colorado

we believed the garbage that they were shovelling to us, had just been laid off of work. we can help you, they said, we had one coaching sessoin where the lady told us to 'run up your credit cards and then file bankruptcy!', that was what we had paid for?
after an eternity, (we never did recieve our next 'coaching session ' phone call) we got thru to someone that said our personal counselor was no longer employed by rtn, sorry for the delay, and we would be assigned a new counselor, that did not happen.
we kept calling and finally got thru and requested a refund and was told that we would recieve a new coach in 1 week, he did finally call, i said no thank you, it has been 8 months i want my money back, he said good luck and hung up on me. that was the last time i was able to get anyone to answer the phone.
