Recordsarea.com I tried this & got absolutely nothing!They were very quick to take my money & no way to contact them! Internet

I tried this Recordsarea.com program to do a criminal background check & got absolutely nothing!All it does is suck away at the so called credits you get & then wants you to buy more when your 25 run out! After awhile I checked to see what came up on myself!I didn't even exist under marraige/divorce/civil actions anywhere in the USA.I reset my password thinking I had done something wrong,accepted cookies from their site etc etc...and nothing!

They were very quick to take my funds/deduction to show up as bchecks-pkg.com.Once again I could read my invoice but was unable to utilize any of the support or billing links to contact them.It stated they would refund your money within a 7 day time frame if you were dissatisfied.They would only keep a fee of $9.95 for processing fees.

None of the support links work so there IS NO WAY to contact them to get your refund in the 7 day time frame they promise you.They do NOT provide a phone number! I had to start researching just the e-mails to find out anything at all...and of course all of them say DO NOT REPLY!

To my horror after hours of long research,I found another company called Marketbill.com ready to double dip me for the same non functioning program, this time to show up as a deduction called www.google.com!
I had to call my charge card company & report it as fraud.My account number had to be changed.

Bcheck-pkg.com had already processed their order and I was unable to stop it.Nothing can be done against them till they take the fee.My credit card company says they can't do anything to get to get those funds back.They do plan on filing a fraud complaint against them.Big deal since it appears after I researched it and it seems to be running out of Canada!

I won't be double dipped but I sure could use the money I spent on this non functioning program for something else more worthwhile in my life.

Now I have to reset all my security settings since my pc maybe compromised & change all my passwords to every legitamite site I deal with.

It only takes 1 good scare like this to make you not want to do any buying of anything on the Internet!
