RED LION HOTEL Horrible service Cromwell Connecticut

I wish i could fill out negative 5 stars. This place was so much better when it was the crowne plaza and the radisson. The staff working tonight is as useless as t**s on a bull. I asked for a crib for my 4 month old daughter and he said its just him and security, and they cant figure out how to put it together, it doesnt go together its called unfold it, i have been here before. The hot tub is as cold as the pool. The crowne plaza used to paint the pool twice a year to keep it looking good, itlooks like it hasnt been painted in 5 years, the floor is the pool area is peeling and little ricks from floor in pool. Not to mention the mold around the pool. You guys should be ashamed of yourself charging me 390 for two nights and this crappy service. Never will stay again until you change owners.
