Redline Recovery Services EXTREMELY unprofessional, verbally abusive and hung up on me! Internet

First off I am a small business owner who happened to get into financial trouble this past year due to the economy. With that being said my credit card was turned over to collections (redline recovery) and a payment schedule was arranged. 

I was working with WANDA, who was pleasant most of the time but always had an underlying irritable tone with me. Whatever, I made my payments on time and didn't let her get to me. 3 months in, after receiving NOTHING in writing regarding our "deal" I received what looked like a bill in the mail. The 2 times I had called in my payment but looking at this "bill" I thought they were asking me to mail in my payment instead. So I did. There was an envelope inside the bill pre addressed to the GA address which I matched up with my original letter I received from them 3 months prior.  I mailed the check 2 days EARLY.

Apparently WANDA did not receive my check I mailed to her office by the due date we agreed upon and left me a voicemail. I immediately returned her phone call and told her I had mailed in a check 2 days prior to it being due. WANDA automatically flipped out, said she didn't know what "bill" I was talking about and proceeded to belittle me, yell at me and interrupt me while I was trying to explain the situation to her. She then said our agreement was null and void because I was "lazy" and decided to mail a check instead of calling her personally with my payment. I recall asking why she was yelling at me, and telling her to stop verbally abusing me, I asked to speak to a supervisor, she said she was the supervisor and there was nobody else who could help me and hung up on me. I hope she doesn't kiss her children with that mouth.

I called the office back a few minutes later and asked to speak to a supervisor... surprise surprise WANDA intercepted my call and continued on her tirade. I decided to hang up on her instead this time, I'd had enough of her sh*t.

The next day I called the consumer number located on the redline recovery website where I got help from Dan. He honored my original agreement which I appreciated and indicated to me that WANDA was just having a "bad day". He then proceeded to flirt with me and make unprofessional comments that I did not appreciate. Unfortunately I am stuck with these idiots until my debt is paid off. yay.
