Regency Beauty Institute Lets poeple bully you, and do nothing to stop it. newport news, Virginia

I have gone to the campus manager several times, in regards to other students saying stuff, that was not acceptable. I went to him regarding what someone had said to me. She came up to me, started to read my notes that I had for a quiz, we both had to retake. She then asked me a question "Do you have a dog?' I said yes, and then said why? She said "because you smell like one." and then she said, what are you going to do to me, flip out on me. I did not say anything. I than went to talk to the campus manager and told him, but he was busy at the time, so it took a while. I had went back to class, and she was telling other students something, I have no idea what it was, so then she started throwing her hands in the air and said to me "if I get in trouble, I am going to jump you". I felt threatened and the school did nothing, did not expel her, did not suspend her, did nothing to her.

I had gotten poison ivy, and that is not a contagious thing. I was itchy, and wanted to go home anyways, but had stuff to do. But the campus manager comes to me, and tells me "i Had to go home" because poison ivy is a highly contagious thing. Which it is not. I have no idea who told on me, but I have a feeling who did. I wrote on my facebook account that I had poison ivy. That Tuesday when everyone was at school, a teacher came to me, as I was going to the bathroom, and told me, that a group of people came to her stating that I wrote on facebook, that I was going to kill someone. I never put anything on there of such words. So that night around 945PM EST 11-8-11 I had gotten a phone call from the area manager Connie. She told me, that I am being investigated due to this, I informed her, that there was nothing on there, and that this was not right, for someone called me a dog, and they did not get in trouble, but for some hear say, I get in trouble?

 Today is 11-14-11 and I have not heard anything back from them. They are ignoring me, they are refusing to talk to me. I also had a conversation with a friend of mine, they told me, that the whole school knows that I am being investigated when they should not know anything regarding this. That is an invasion of my privacy. She also told me, that it was in "direct order or they will get in trouble". I do have this conversation. I was suppose to go back to school on Friday 11-11-11 and still I am not able to go back. That was per conversation with the area manager. I called up to the school Friday to see what is going on, and the campus manger "quit" so they say. I called the area manager at-least 4 times, she will not call me back. I have gone to legal aid waiting for them to take the case regarding this.

I was taking a TR (its like a test, on practice stuff its a pass or fail) the teacher said I missed 2 things, no big deal there was 21 steps and you could make a 17 on there, so I knew I had 4 steps I could miss, and still pass. Well I had given her my book, and she was writing on my book and said I missed steps that it needed to go in this order, I informed the campus manager and advising, that i passed but she failed me, because I did not go in order or something. She even wrote in my book "fail". but I missed 2 steps, she would not even let me finish my last 5 steps, she already had marked it as "fail". When I asked her if i failed, she shook her head yes. But I missed 2 steps!!!!!! She came back to me and said "I didn't know how it was graded" What and your the teacher and you don't know how to grade it!!!!!!!

The school also lets students curse, and they don't do nothing about it. They don't even send them home, they just say please stop. But the students cont. to do it. But I get in trouble for some lies someone said, when they have no evidence of such said stuff. I have my evidence. I called advisor 2 times today, and the 2nd time, was not so nice. Because I am tired of getting the run arounds. They told me, they are not to talk to me, and the way I talk and demand to talk to the area manager, is frowned on and can get me written up. Oh well! You did what you did, and its lies, and a person doesn't have a right to be pissed? You want to listen to the lies, and not the truth.

This school is a joke. Do not go there! They don't care if you are bullied. This school in Newport news VA has only been open since June or July of this year and so far when I am done with it, they will lose students and no one will want to join. Do not go to this school, they will not listen to you. They are not there to help you at all. They only want your money, and don't care if you bullied or harassed by other students.
