Try not to use Register.com. They always try to commit a fraud and sometimes they succeed. First, I got a non-authorized charge-off for a service that I never ordered - they returned the money though. Next, when I was renewing the domain they charged me 137 dollars instead of 38. I made sure that check-boxes with additional services in the order-form weren't marked, because I know the Register.com's character very well. I authorized the bill for 38 dollars, but the charge-off made 137 dollars.

It's been 11 days since I first contacted the Register.com customer support service. Since that time I got no response beside those common phrases that you see here. Nothing!

Fraudulent Register.com

It's been almost a week since I sent the first claim. Since that time I sent some more requests - no response. "Customer care" - is it a mockery?

No feedback from customer support

AUTHOR: Explorebyyourself - (Russian Federation)

POSTED: Monday, August 27, 2012

I did it 3 days ago. I got an auto-reply: "Your question has been received. You should expect a response from us within 24 hours." It was 08/24/2012 05:40 AM Since then I got nothing from your customer support. No one contacted me, no one answered my question. You have time to monitor the Internet in search of reports, but you don't have time to answer your clients.

Still waiting for the answer. I will definitely update this posting no matter how the situation developed.
