RegNow Digital River Digital River RegNow as a Reseller for DataSafeXL has Engaged Being a Willing Accomplice to Fraud and Fraudulent Business Practices Eden Prairie, Minnesota

When the purchaser/complainant again demanded a refund, Nikolas Petousis of DataSafeXL informed him that he would instruct the reseller RegNow not to do so.  The complainant/purchaser had advised RegNow of the multitude of problems that he had encountered with XL Safe Pro through including them on his email distributions.  Today (August 2), in addition to uninstalling the inoperable add-in, he made a direct request to RegNow for a refund, before the start of the workday and did not get a reply by day's end.  The reseller RegNow is quick to accept a payment but seems to disappear during a time of a dispute, apparently to protect its self-interest and its ill-gotten commission.  This makes RegNow an accomplice to the fraud and the fraudulent business practices of its client.
