i been renting from rent a center for awhile. I had a very good rating with my payments but with this ecomoney when i started having money problems. i mostly blame myself for this should have never gotten involved with these people i learned my lesson on that. I went in to make a late payment of about 40.00 and when i give him the money he says hold on. There are 4 other customers there and he informs me that my rating has changed from good to being late on purpose whatever that means. These people fail to realize who pays there paychecks its by ripping off the consumer. I just coudlnt belive they would say all that for a measily 40 payment and then say all that when other customers around plus bad customer service. They basically screwed thereself i am gonna use my credit card to pay off the stupid thing and call it a experience. This company has so many issues and morally well they dont have any morals. They need to realize they piss off the consumer they aint gonna have a job but yet they do everything in there power to piss people off.

PLEASE LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES

DONT RENT FROM RENT A CENTER

Credit card?

Its going to cost you just as much money whether you pay it off now with a credit card or if you continue to rent and pay it in full. Credit cards are also a ripoff nowadays. I am a rent a center employee. You just don't understand how hard this company is on employees over past due accounts. It doesn't matter if its a 10 dollar account or a 1000 dollar account. If its late on the books they all look the same. This company will write up their employees for not collecting enough past due accounts. They will eventually fire an employee for this and they will make you stay and work late at night to collect these accounts.
