Rent a Terstappen Rental car damage, Internet

Frankfurt, Germany:  When returned our car to "Rent Terstappen", the man marked on the report "new Damage"  we did not see this and signed the return report.  He did not mark on the picture of the car where this damage was.

Once we returned to the USA They charged our Visa $2,533.48 USD, with the help of the American ACS and the booking company "Car Trawler" we have received a credit of $1,424.30  They still owe us $1,084.54 USD.

If you rent from any rental company in Europe or any where, please take pictures before and after you return the car.  This is a SCAM, I'm not the only one who has had this problem.  More people need to complain when this happens so this practice of Scamming the renter stops.
