Renue Derma Dermalogy Anti Aging Fraudulent liars Fond du Lac Wisconsin

I have read the complaints against renue derma.  same thing happened to me.  i kept seeing the pop ads so i finally decided to try the free trail.  if dr oz and other celebraties indorse it i thought what the heck.  i clicked on the ad and read further, i continued to look for a 'terms and conditions' clause however, within 3 seconds the order pop up was covering the screen so i reviewed the shipping and credit card screens. 

i could not find 'terms and conditions' for the free trial so i backed out and did not order.  i repeated this process several times. the same thing happened each time. so i continued to order the free sample as i thought is was.  I received an email with shipping confirmation and there was no 'terms and conditions' clause for the pre trial.

upon this free sample, it was crap. it had the consistancy of Jergens hand lotion.  i know my face cream and this was s**t.  so i threw it away. at that time my credit card was maxed out.  so 6 week later it get 94.57 for the renue derma and another 89.47 for the dermaology anti aging which by BTW there was no 'terms and condition' clause for the pre trial on the order either.

I did call the customer service number listed on my credit card charges 855-342-3337 for the Renue Derma and 888-605-6670 for the dermaology  antiaging because my CC company said I must first try to negotiate with product company directly.

when i called renue derma customer serice i was connect to a very 'mouthy' girl named Joyce, who did not speak proper english and she would not shut up.  she was attemping to intimidate me. she saw where that got her. i just told i would now go thru my credit card company for her to email me the proof that i had called to cancel any future orders and for them not to ever charge my cc card again.

she still kept talking so it told just to email my rest and for her to shut the f up, then i hung up on her. they were not going to give me a refund so i was not going to waste my time.

since my cc company told me to contact the product directly i then contacted dermaology anti aging her name was also joyce she was not as high strung as the other joyce and she told she had read my notes from renue derma.  well obviously, my research indicates they are all at the same call center.

i proceeded to tell this joyce if they were not going to refund my money to send proof where i approved the 14 day free trial terms and conditions in addtion also to email me proof that i had cancelled any future order and not to ever charge my cc card again.

i did receive emails from both indicting that i had cancelled any future orders.  both companies have the same email address support@tryrenuederma.com. i immediately shot an email right back them demanding proof that i had agreed to terms and conditions to the 14 day pre trial  and that they were fraudulent and that i was going to report them.

i then received 7 calls on my cell phone and 7 calls on my home phone with in minutes apart.  i just would just pickup the phone and immediately end the call.  then i got out the dog whistle and began blowing it in the phones.

shortly after that, i received emails indicating they were refunding the total amount of my money. long story short do not negotiate do not talke to them, just email them. i researched them and here is their information.

the customer is  a teleport communiction company. when they contact you their phone number is 920-924-6620 (ameritech wisconsin is the phone carrier0 listed to moraine park technical institute out of Fond du Lac Wisconsin.

Fond du Lac wisconsin has a better business bureau to file a complaint, also file a complaint with the fcc they are using their telephone for harrasement,  and  then file a compalint with  federal trade commission for false advertising and fraud. in addtion file a complaint with the telephone carrier ameritech wisconsi.

i have given you all the information to get your refund issued to you. be sure to look up the order number listed on the shipping confirmation that they did email to you prior to the shipping of the product

take the upper hand, make the call as your bank or credit company requires, when they indicte to you that you do not get refund because you agreed to the 14 trial cause contract.  not argue, just request proof to cancel any future orders and email proof of your approval of the 14 day contract.  they will try to tell you it is on there website.

so what if it is on their website, that is not proof that you personally approved it.  then immediately email them confirmation of your conversation with them and request via email in writing proof of your approval of the 14 day terms and condition contract.

they will begin calling your, just pick up the phone, dont speak to them and immediately hang up on them. then email them again telling them to discontinue calling you that you are going to report them and flood interent with wwwrioffreport.com/file/report/3.

they will continue to call you, just keeping hanging the phone up or as i did after an hour i just unplugged my home phone and turned off my cell phone.

shortly after i had confirmation of refund for the whole amount.
