Renuskin Ombia,Dermaluxe Ordered samples of wrinkle cream and got skinned, instead! Vista California

 I am an avid reader of Facebook and have ordered other things and have had no problems until now. I saw the chance to receive some free samples of Ombia face cream and Renewed eye gel, for $12.89 for shipping. So, trusting them, I ordered the offer. Around 3 weeks later, I received full sized containers, but no samples. I got the bill, and was charged the 12.89 plus $184.04. I called them and I was told they had run out of samples so they sent the full size.

I asked them for a refund and I would send back the products. They offered me a 25% refund. I said no. Then they offered a 50% refund. Again, I refused. I told them I wanted a full refund. They said they would transfer me to their supervisor and then promptly hung up on me. I did get two e-mails from them telling me there would be no further charges and would stop shipments of future product. But, again, no promise of repaying the money they took from me.
