RenuvaDerm After paying for the S&H of free trials, this company charged my debit card $182.00 (Unauthorized). I contacted the company and the rep told me that I was charged full price because I had not returned the free samples back within 15 days. I was totally disappointed and and told her to cancel any future shipping. She attempted to sell me the products using her discount percentage. I believe I was taken advantage of as I am a senior citizen and did not authorize this company to pay for the free samples. I also told the rep that the eye serum did not work, and the other sample for the skin had been used up. Like the other complainant stated, when the free samples came, there was no billing statement or reminders about any future payments. I felt like I was ambushed. I hope to get a full refund because I cannot use either sample, and if I was interested in purchasing the products, I certainly am not interested now. This company comes off as being greedy.. I paid for the S&H for the RenucaDerm free samples and was later ripoff by this company because they charged my debit card for the full price of two free samples. When I contacted the company, the rep told me that I was chargd because I did not return the free samples within 15 days. On the bottles, the instructions said to use the products two to thre weks for results. The charges were unauthorized. When I informed the rep that the eye serum did not work, she informed me that I probably needed more time for my skin to work in conjuction with the serum. Although I saw some results from the skin creme, I was not convinced to purchase future skin creme after the company charged my debit card.I told her to cancel any future notifications which they did through my email. This an ambush by this company and I hope their greed stops. How can a company charge you for free samples? The amount taken from my card is $182.00. This sripoff bother me so much that I was going to contact them again until i found this website. Hopefully, I can get my money back.
