I purchased movie tickets from Fandango in October I never signed up for or authorized any "Reservation Rewards" membership. Unbeknownst to me this company clearly took my card information from fandango.com after I purchased the movie tickets. I have been getting charged 12 dollars a month for a service I never signed up for and was never aware of the 12 dollar monthly fee until I saw it on my account activity as a 12 dollar withdrawal.
So I called this number 1800 732-7031
my membership was cancelled and I was told that my money would be refunded the 2 times I was charged this monthly fee (apparently the first 30 days were free) in 3-5 business days I was also emailed a statement telling me so along with a confirmation number we will see if it shows up on my account.
