These guys have quite the business model.  They offer a variety of resume templates and advice for creating a resume (Very handy for those of us who haven't created a resume in years).  The vast majority of us only want to use the template once, download it, and save it for sending to prospective employers.   I paid $1.95 for a "trial," which claims it will cancel itself after 14 days.  Absolutely nowhere does it mention a recurring $39.95 monthly charge.  Nowhere.  I searched high and low for some fine print, and there was none.  "Alright!" I thought.  I used their service, enjoyed the experience, I'll happily pay the $2 for a simple resume template.  I didn't realize I'd be billed $80 over the next two months for a service I used for approximately 1 hour. 

After contacting my bank and having the initial charge reversed, and my debit card cancelled and a new one ordered, I checked my bank statement this morning, and what do I see?  Another $39.95 charge.  I immediately went to the website and quickly found the "cancel my subscription" button under the "my account" tab-- a subscription I never agreed to and never would have.  After some quick research, it appears this company's main headquarters is operating out of Georgia.  Not the state of Georgia in the USA, mind you.  Georgia, just south of Russia.  What a surprise.  I looked up their other addresses in parts of the UK and USA and they're all broken down, trashy looking buildings.  Their UK "office" is literally a barn.  Their Cyprus office doesn't even come up on a map.  It appears to be a vacant lot.  They have very little information on their "contact us" page other than the addresses.  A generic 1-866 number is the only one I could find.  There are no local numbers to contact.  Just for fun, go ahead and google their US "office."  It's hilarious.  427 N Tatnall St #95492

Looking on review sites and complaint sites such as this one, it appears they will only offer a refund if you promise to leave a 5 star review.  That about sums up this company in a nutshell.  They know they're screwing people over without their consent, but don't want people to know.  It's essentially blackmail.
