On or about 7/2/09 I purchased a FREE product sample ONLY from ResVPure. I paid (via Pay Pal) only for the shipping of that sample. When I spoke on the phone to the ResvPure representative to place the order, I was very explicit and direct in my instructions that I did NOT intend to sign up for any program, and that I was NOT authorizing any automatic debits for future shipments of the product. I told her that I would make a one-time payment for the shipping charge of the free sample only. I let her know in NO UNCERTAIN TERMS that I would try the product and get back if I decided to place an order for more! (The conversation was recorded I believe.)
I noticed, however, on 7/13/09 that my PayPal account had been debited by resvpure in the amount of $85.26 ; completely unauthorized by me!
On 7/13/09 I called a phone# from the ResvPure website 1(800)790-7456 and after about 15 mnutes on hold I fianally got to speak with "Ken" who refused to tell me his last name! He informed me that he could find no records under my name at all, and ended the call!
I then called another # from my sample order confirmation email (866)982-5127. On the first try I got a recording asking me to hold which later disconnected with no contact. On the second and third tries, I got a "busy" signal!

I went back and retrieved the email I received on 7/2/09 CONFIRMING my cancellation of future shipments or the product , and called RVP again, after repeated tries and a lot of time on hold, I finale talked to Lane and then his supervisor Zack I explained the situation and requested that the money be put back in my account. Zack told me he was sorry, but I was outside the 10 day cancellation window. I informed him that I cancelled the home shipment agreement (which I had to agree to in order to get the free sample) on the same day the sample was ordered. He said his records showed no such cancellation.
I then informed him that I had the email confirmation of the cancellation from his company. He asked me to read the cancellation #, and when I did so he told me that the email was a mistake and that the number referred to a monthly magazine and not to the future product monthly shipment plan!
The following is the cancellation email I received, verbatim!

Needless to say I got absolutely nowhere with Zack. So I will issue this WARNING!!! Avoid any offers from anyone wanting your CC# on an internet form especially ResVPure. They are thieves!
