did you ever stop to think if you were difficult to deal with on the phone, the company could only foresee what a difficult employee you would be if working for them? this company did not grow as big or successfully as they did by hiring everyone primarily based on the fact that they do not have an active ticket on their MVR, sometimes it just takes using good judgement.
